Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 2, 2023, found that Home Health Specialists, LLC had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare re-certification survey completed on February 23, 2023.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 23, 2023.
